The workhorse of the Xi product line, the 110Xi4 was built on the legacy of the Xi series of products. The 110Xi4 was developed to improve overall operational productivity and efficiency in a variety of environments.

The 110Xi4 printer provides a 4.0” (102 mm) print width and with 203-, 300-, or 600-dpi (8, 12, or 23.5 dots per mm) print resolution.

The 110Xi4 printer is ideal for a variety of applications, including top-side and bottom-side circuit board labeling, product identification labels, serial plate labels, product labels, surgical tools and equipment, diagnostic kits, vials and slides, and others. Built RFID Ready the 110Xi4 allows you to upgrade to RFID technology in the future, providing solid investment protection.

Another addition to Zebra’s Xi4 product line is the 140Xi4. Built on the proven Xi series platform that is known for rugged durability and performance, the new Xi4 brings several additional features to high-volume, mission-critical applications and environments that require 24 x 7 operations.

Zebra's 140Xi4 for print widths up to 5” (128 mm) gets the job done fast, printing at up to 14" (356 mm) per second—one of the fastest technologies on the market. The 140Xi4 is also well-suited for applications in which labels are required quickly, on demand or in batches.

The industrial-strength 170Xi4 with 203- or 300-dpi (8 or 12 dots per mm) print resolution can print large volumes of labels, promoting greater productivity with fewer roll changes. Or it can execute intricate, high-resolution print applications at a quick 8” (203 mm) per second.

With its all-metal construction, this printer is ideal for tough applications including compliance labels (AIAG, ODETTE, UCC/EAN-128, etc.), product identification labels, and pallet shipping/receiving labels, either on demand or in batches.

Designed to produce large labels up to 8.5” (216 mm) wide at 10” (254 mm) per second at 203 dpi and 6" per second at 300 dpi (152 mm) resolution, the 220Xi4 is ideal for industrial applications—chemical drum (HAZMAT) identification labels, pallet/container shipping labels and product identification labels for large rolls of paper or textiles.
