Easy cleaning and
handling together with a hermetically sealed stainless steel measuring
cell (IP68/69k) set new standards in food- and chemical-/pharmaceutical
industries. The product line includes 3 square and 5 rectangular weighing
platform sizes. Dimensions go from 229x229mm up to 600x800mm. 8 weighing
ranges from 3kg up to 600 kg are available, resolution is 2x3000e
multi range. Communication with the indicator is made via an analog
or a digital (IDNet) scale interface. |

The
assortment of floor / pit scales of the K-line includes various weighing
ranges with verificable resolution up to 1x6000 e. The weighing platform
sizes vary from 1250x1000 mm to 2000x1500 mm. The individual models
are available as stainless steel- respectively as hot galvanized version
and can be used in wet or dry areas. All models can be used in hazardous
areas of zone 2 / 22. |

 The
EZ-CLEAN floor scale is a pit-type scale that combines stainless steel
construction with complete access for cleaning. It is equipped with
pneumatic cylinders that lift the scale to provide access to the pit
and underside of the platform. A single person can handle all opera-
tions safely and easily. At the flip of a switch, the entire
scale tilts up 45 degrees, exposing all surface areas for cleaning.
An automatic safety system restrains the platform if pneumatic pressure
is lost. You can lock the pneumatic controls to pre- vent unauthorized
personnel from operating the system. The scale is ready to be used
immediately after cleaning, without recalibration. |
